KrAIS 회원님들께,

안녕하세요. 여러분의 정성과 지원 덕분에 AIS 의 회장직을 맡게 되었습니다.

여러분의 단합된 마음이 없었다면 결코 얻을 수 없는 결과를 여러분이 이루신 것입니다. 깊히 감사드리며 여러분의 고견을 반영하여 AIS 를 통해 보답하도록 노력하겠습니다.

그러나 정작 여러분의 도움이 이제부터 더 많이 필요합니다. 제 혼자 감당할 수 없는 일을 많이 도와 주시기 바랍니다.

우리나라에 새로운 희망이 필요합니다. 우리가 줄 수 있는 희망은 무엇일까요? 어처구니 없는 재난이 반복되지 말아야 한다고 하지만, 어떻게 대책을 세워야 하는 것일까요? 문제는 복잡하고 어렵지만 IS 관점에서는 무엇을 할 수 있을까요?

Agile Crisis Management System 의 개발 방법론과 Solution 이 필요하다는 생각이 듭니다. 동일한 Resource 가 평상시와 다른 위기상황의 Scenario 에 따라 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 조직과 정보시스템으로 한시적으로 변신할 수 있는 체계가 필요합니다.

젊은 이들의 희생이 헛되지 않게 하려는 마음이 새로운 꿈이 되어, 더 큰 위기를 극복할 수 있는 나라로 앞서 가면 좋겠습니다. 이런 연구 결과가 기업에게는 새로운 기회를 창출하지 않겠습니까?

Call for Paper

2014 POST-ICIS LG CNS/KrAIS Research Workshop Call for Papers

In conjunction with the 2014 International Conference of Information Systems (ICIS), the Korean Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (KrAIS) will hold its fourth annual Post-ICIS LG CNS/KrAIS Research Workshop (henceforth, “the Workshop”) immediately following ICIS in Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. We cordially invite you to submit your papers to the workshop. We are particularly interested in original research work on a broad range of topics related to information systems as the Workshop is not restricted to any specific topics.

We solicit original research and technical papers neither published nor submitted elsewhere. Doctoral students and junior faculty members are especially encouraged to submit their research. Student-authored papers will be given special consideration. Selected high quality papers from the workshop proceedings will be invited for a possible fast-track publication in the KMIS’ flagship journal, the Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems (APJIS).

Notification of Acceptance: Friday, October 3, 2014

Workshop: Wednesday, December 17, 2014

Submission:

Authors are encouraged to submit either completed research or research-in-progress papers complying with the 2014 KrAIS Workshop formatting requirements. All submissions must be either in English or in Korean. If you want to submit a paper in Korean, please submit a two- page extended abstract in English as well. You can download the submission template at https://sites.google.com/site/lgcnskrais/2014/template.

Page Limit Requirement:

The workshop accepts both completed research papers as well as research-in-progress papers.

- Completed research papers must not exceed fourteen (14) single-spaced pages and must conform to the 2014 KrAIS Workshop submission template. The 14 pages must include all text, figures, tables, and appendices. The cover page, abstract, keywords, and references are excluded from this page count.

- Research-in-progress papers must not exceed seven (7) single-spaced pages and must conform to the 2014 KrAIS Workshop submission template. The 7 pages must include all text, figures, tables, and appendices. The cover page, abstract, keywords, and references are excluded from this page count.

Authors who are interested in participating in the workshop need to submit papers by September 12, 2014 through the EasyChair conference management system (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lgcnskrais2014). Submissions will undergo a blind review process. The submissions site will open on August 1, 2014.

신청 대상

2014 년 동안에 발간된 SCI/SCIE/SSCI 급 저널 내에 APJIS 논문이 피인용된 경우 (Volume 과 Issue 가 확정되어야 신청 가능함)

평가 방법

2014 년 동안에 발간된 SCI/SCIE/SSCI 급 저널 내에 피인용된 APJIS 논문의 수가 가장 많은 회원을 선정

※ 신청자 중에 동점자가 발생할 경우에는 보다 많은 저널에서 APJIS 논문을 피인용한 경우를 우선으로 함.

선정결과발표

2015 년 1 월 중 발표 및 수상함

1 등 그룹 3 명 : 각 100 만원 (총 300 만원)

2 등 그룹 4 명 : 각 50 만원 (총 200 만원)

3 등 그룹 5 명 : 각 20 만원 (총 100 만원)

Call for Papers on the Topic of "Digital Innovation" for HICSS 2015

New products, services, operations, business models, industrial arrangements, work organization, etc., have all been dramatically influenced by the digital technologies that are involved in their development, and the digital technologies that are embedded in the innovations themselves. The goal of this minitrack is to offer a venue for research that focuses on unique and specific effects of digital technologies on different forms of organizational innovation.

Topics encouraged for this minitrack:

- Business model and process innovation enabled by digital technologies

- Product and service innovations that involve digital technologies

- Innovation processes and digital tools and infrastructures

All types of contributions are encouraged (quantitative, qualitative, conceptual, computational).
